I found this recipe for Oreo cheesecake cupcakes the other week, and have been dying to make them since!!!
I finally got to it on Saturday, but I forgot to check how much of everything I needed when I went to the supermarket, and only ended up with half the necessary amount of cream cheese. So I made a half batch, and I’m pretty sure I spread the mixture out between too many pattypans (the full recipe says it will make fourteen cakes, I made ten with a half recipe :S).
Now, what better excuse for a tea party is there than simply having some tea party food?! My buddy Alana came over, and we enjoyed Oreo cheesecake cupcakes in the sunshine; what a great way to spend the morning!

Thanks, Courtz! If you don’t like too much cheesecake, you might light to PURPOSEFULLY spread the mixture out between too many pans? Just have a small layer of it on each? Just enough hahah
